Convenient location near subway and airport express. Helpful and efficient housekeeping staff. Well-equipped bathroom with a great shower. Quiet room with good temperature control. Front desk staff went above and beyond in retrieving a forgotten item.

there was a manager who was working at one of night was so lovely, some of the cleaning people made some mistakes and he did not just appligise through the phone but came to my room and talk to me. we fixed the problem and i did like him a lot
some of the stuffs are so rude and they did not speak good english. and some staff who from other countries rather than China are also so very rude. they did not have a greating like good morning or how are you. they just say: check in? and no please or sir, some of them are just so rude

Terrible experience: due to long flight delay I only arrived at around 3 am. I informed the hotel around 8 pm by e-mail and phone that I would be arriving very late. At arrival at the hotel I presented my room confirmation of Booked.net dated 4 weeks before but the lady at the reception, whom I clearly had woken up, could not trace it. The next 15 minutes she spent searching on the computer as the hotel was "fully booked". When I began to almost loose my temper it suddenly appeared that there were 2 rooms left but in a different price category. I have been travelling for over 30 years but cannot recall that in any similar situation I would not be immediately given the room that was still available, the more as I had evidence of my confirmation at hand. In this case it took over 20 minutes and after managing to get me become unfriendly, for which usually a lot is needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with an airport express and a regular subway station right in front of the door. It was so convenient for our one night rest between the international flight and domestic connection. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. They even made sure our room was cleaned and amenities replenished, despite us mistakenly hanging out the "Do Not Disturb" door card. The room itself was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.
The only minor drawback I found was that some of the staff seemed a bit inexperienced and slow. However, this is a small issue compared to all the positives of this hotel.

Room is clean and come with a very big soft toy! Subway station is so near which is like a 2min crawl. Hotel breakfast timing was good 6am to10am. Which we can take our time instead of rushing for breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay and worth the money

Breakfast. Metro and Airport Express is outside of the Hotel. Internet.
Check-in was too long. On reception were some french students on internship. Their frenchglish was difficult to understand. Toilet is absolute disaster if you are not a solo traveler. Only fake glass door (its not a door at all) glass has big hole in it. Every sound can be heard pretty clearly in main room. You have no private. Very embarrassing if you have to use toilet and somebody is in next room. Shower is also weird. Floor is too flat and there remain lot of water when you use it.

That was one of the best trip in my life. The hotel is not in CBD, however it is enough close to all attractions. The huge positive for the hotel is its staff. All people who work there are so friendly, helpful and professional. I would say that I wish to stay at the hotel when I whenever will go back to Beijing. I strongly recommend it for everyone who plans visit this great city.

We had a great time during our romantic escape in the city. The hotel's location near the subway station and airport express line made it so easy for us to explore Beijing and travel to and from the airport. It was also a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the easy access to the Wi-Fi, without the need for a local phone number or passport, was a convenient feature.
The carpets were dirty, light fixtures were broken, and there were cracks on the walls. It seemed like the rooms were in need of some renovation and maintenance.

The location is very good, 10 meters from subway and airport express. Several restaurants and fitness club are nearby. Very friendly stuff. Fast wire internet in the room.
Very strange design. Doors to the bathroom and toilet made of glass and they did not stop noise. Only three european tv channels. Meals on breakfast was the same, and to the end of our stay we were fed up with them.. The swimming pool is like a big bath )) do not even think one could swim in it )
